Arrest warrant is signed.....they just need to pick the scumbag up! The horses (all of them) will be removed from his care.
Hopefully, this time, he's going to face the full force of the prosecution..not just the slap on the wrists and miserable fine he's been given TWICE in the past.
British Justice..makes you bloody laugh!

have a very strange feeling I know where the other horses are, and if I am right then its not too far from me, theres been an awful lot of 'activity' up there lately, and I do know the blokes name now................ but will not put it on here If you are still wondering if it is the same guy he has been named in the Daily Mail and there was a photo of him too

Wonderful news, and obviously I am delighted to hear about the warrant. Brilliant! Of course the cynical side of me does wonder why it all happened the very day the Daily Mail ran a story about these horses and not previously despite their plight being well known about for 2 years?

Well further info frm the Daily Mail reporter covering this ................last nigtht he statement about the horses was retracted and several bnewspapers have also got hold of the RSPCa and asked why they were sitting on their hands and why a group on FB and other sites (here was mentioned) were up in arms and demanding the RSPCA get hteir fingers out and how much more evidence of neglect they needed................... seems when the media start to prod them they start taking action, have also heard he has other horses in other parts of the country and they are beingtracked down and taken to safety.

That figures - we all know what to do another time then. I haven't had the courtesy of a reply from the CEO - anyone else?

Fantastic news! I like to feel that we all palyed a part even though we never saw them From now on when I see this sort of neglect facebook will be my first port of call. People slate facebook but you know I think it can be used for good just as much as bad just like schooling aids, gadgets and bits

No reply from CEO. I sent another e-mail last night to the 'advice team' who had replied to the previous one I sent him - I copied him in. He must be very busy, but doing what I'm unsure!
What have we learned from this? If you want action, you either need Rolf Harris and a TV crew, or the attention of a national newspaper!
That said, at least now they are acting and hopefully this will ensure a positive future for these horses.
The RSPCA are very good at securing prosecutions in high profile cases...

Taken from Facebook - Hope's Cause page
"All horses are now rehomed to places deemed suitable by the RSPCA, we can all sleep better tonight knowing they are more comfortable, fed and being supervised. They are still under the care of the owner, but he has been instructed in how to care for them correctly, and is being closely monitored. The officials took pictures of all the 17 Shires and graded those most underweight. None are in condition as poor as Hope’s, and now, thank’s to all you wonderful facebook supporters, all 17 of them should see the end of the winter alive, and not have to suffer the same plight as Hope. "
if owner is still in charge of the horses albleit under scrunity, how can he have been arrested?
