I've seen Max three times and would recommend anyone that has the chance to go and see him. I saw Max years ago when he was still using the round pen and more recently where he isn't. I actually find these demos more beneficial as you know you can actually try and put some of what you've learned into practice.
Wishing Max a speedy recovery.

hmm yes janey - maybe now people understand where i was coming from lol ok well im leaving this topic now as i think i have managed to entertain everyone with my antics nice way of getting you to join us though sam! welcome ;D and yes i have briefly been introduced to some of richard's methods and they are nothing like what i was suggesting! my gosh. lol over and out from under the table from the lady with the tin hat and firm grasp of said wine bottle

Who is Richard? Can't be the one we lovingly know as Max. Only his Mum and a vicar would use the name Richard and I'm sure you aren't either of those ;D
Is it one of those tin hats with the straws attached where you can stand your bottle of wine on the top and suck on the straw when you need some?
I'm lost (but then it doesn't take much as I have my head in the clouds at the moment!)

Saw Max when i helped at the Drymere demo the other Friday, both him and Sam are lovely and very down to earth and very kind as well :-O) so sorry to hear about Max's accident and i really hope he will soon be on the mend Sam. All the best eileen xxx

Arabheaven in future maybe you should check your facts BEFORE posting detrimental comments about someone, esp when it could affect their livelyhood!!! Your comments were actually quite libalous (sp?) & maybe you should think before you post
