I can email you what I answer if you like? Lisa has read it so she could give you an opinion. The idea is that yes it's tough but we must not antagonise these people, it may be 'guilt feelings' working on them, they may be defensive for what are at the base good feelings, not always well expressed... and one day, tomorrow, next week, next year or in ten years time they may join forces with us to change things. Let them have an opinion and still feel welcome and understood? I hope this doesn't sound too preachy and don't get me wrong I lose it too and shut people out - I did last week re bullfighting...

Yes,I know exactly how you feel iwillbuy, keep hearing it myself too, they have a point though, what I tend to emphasise is that we should all be joining the ilph campaign, which answers most of the excuses. I think we should elect lucy as headmistress for all of us naughty children!! She would be great!!( just kidding Lucy, well put and I quite agree!)

Welshcob, try not to get too down about the negative comments at least you and brie know that you did the right thing and that's all that matters at the end of the day. Keep your chin up, hugs and big french kisses from me & Lancia

One of the major French Sportswear Store companies has a maxim for its employees, I have always found it very true: In French: "L'exemplarité n'est pas le meilleur moyen de motiver un équipe, c'est le seul" In English: "Exemplarity is not the best way to motive people, it is the only way"
