I'm coping, only just! I'm trying to convert that tempi video to a format I can edit with windows and I'm really stuck - it needs some codex or other and I haven't a clue which.
I'm persevering because I think it is a good teaching/learning format - that it helps us all think. But I'll be joining you in the alcho-cellar soon and I don't even drink......
(Butterfly, I need those choccies NOW!)

Sarah fox- oy! I don't tell folk , I asked! - never mind naughty corner I think you may get put on the door step! Sue not sure where this points thing works - will it not simply be biased by personal opinion?

Amanda, of course it's arbitary. *All* point scoring is.

Hey that's OK! Another evening soaked and miserable again, but at least not at work tomorrow, so I think I'll tot up the first part tonight!
You can ALL argue about the scores if you think I'm wrong, and I'll make an entirely arbitary decision on whether or not I am going to change them. ;D

What better way to pass a soggy august evening, than making numerical sense of our inane ramblings!

Just to get myself back in the naughty corner, just remembered the best flying changes I ever saw. Diane Thurman Baker from Turville Valley Stud, on Luso/Connie cross, Lucca, doing one time changes, straight as a die, the entire way round the 'Manga', the rectangular track that surrounds the ring at Golega Horse fair, Portugal.
God knows how many they did in succession, but Lucca just looked as if effortlessly skipping, Diane sitting admirably still and wow, wish I had my camcorder there!!

Diane and Angela just used to lift my heart with the sheer lovliness of their riding - it was the happiness, the smiles, and the giggles if things didn't go quite as planned - it made it all seem *possible* Sarah, I haven't *finished* with this thread yet, and they've stuffed it and stuck it in the museum!
