What have you got planned for 2014? And what would you like to achieve? The New Year is just round the corner, stretching out ahead, all fresh and exciting - what do you want to do with it? Me - I want to get my e-book out there......

I like to ride Dibbles a bit more and it would be great to ride Lady even if only round the field.

Just wishing and hoping that the New Year is better for everyone, will be glad to see the back of this year........so many friends have passed away beginning to feel quite lonely really! Problems for family member healthwise but that can be fixed, mum getting older before my eyes where I always thought her immortal ( I know she isn't but we do hope that for our parents) thinking of starting out a new venture but will ahve to see what can be worked around that one, realising that I'm not going to get my little black arab colt.........no room at the yard and the cost of keeping him will be horrendous for me so thats one dream on ice for a little while BUT it WILL happen one day! Felt terrible phoning his breeder this morning and telling her but would rather be honest and upfront with her about finances than take him and struggle to keep him..........she understood and thanked me for being honest and letting her know as someone else is interested in him, but she might keep him for me for later next year ( Please Lord let that be the case)
Really its a case of onward and upward for all of us I hope xxxxx

To get fitter and go swimming once a week. To school Sky and do a dressage test(s) on him, (if they'll let me do it in dually), and generally do lots with him. Teach Sunny and Excaliber to load and take them to a few shows, and turn Tor into a reliable lead rein pony. That should keep me busy!
Hope the New Year brings you all what you wish for.

Congratulations Jenny! And LOVE that Kizi Mine are - to see more of my family and friends, to carry on building up my business; schooling horses and as an EET, to be accepted on the IH exam week BUT most importantly make time to ride my own horses not just everyone else's!

Jennyb - warmest congratulations from me too. Did wonder if Gazdag was going to be involved in the wedding, but I guess getting him to Portugal might be a bit of a problem! Christine - that's lovely. But I'm so sorry about your black colt, really hoped that you'd be able to have him. Fingers crossed that later in the year he'll come your way. x
