Hi portiabuzz,
Sorry to hear you are feeling so low. I don't know your situation in full obviously but it sounds like you have a lot going on at the moment and some major life changes ahead, all of which could be causing you lots of stress!
However there were a few things you said that struck a chord with me so I just wanted to share my own experiences:
You said: "I can't stop crying... Xmas day morning, last night on a night out with friends and my OH, I'm crying right now ?? In about 10 mins il be laughing and fine. It's been like this for last 2 months."
And:
"I feel like am under a black cloud and I can't get out I don't feel like doing anything"
I am 33 now and over the last few years it has become obvious to me that I suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) which is caused by a lack of vitamin D from sunlight during the winter months.
I have now thank goodness got it under control and mostly I am fine now unless we have several days of really dark grey foggy weather when I just can't get the sunlight I now know I need.
When I do get SAD I get the exact symptoms you describe: crying all the time and yet often not really knowing why I am crying, not wanting to do anything other than curl up on the sofa - not wanting to go out, see anyone, talk to anyone. I also push my boyfriend away, cause arguments, don't want any physical contact, etc.
I have gradually managed to get it under control in a number of ways: - in the winter I wear a face cream with no SPF. I only recently found out that the SPF blocks the vitamin D that you get from sunlight and changing suncreams has made a really huge difference to me! - I make myself go for an hour's walk in daylight every single day of the year, if possible at the brightest part of the day. Not always easy to fit in, and not always what you feel like doing especially when it is cold and raining but it keeps me sane!! - I take a vitamin supplement that contains 100% of my vitamin D requirement - On dark days I use my SAD light for 20 minutes per day as well
I would strongly recommend that you read up about SAD on the SAD website and if you think the symptoms are similar to yours have a go at changing some of the things I suggest above. If it is SAD you will notice a major improvement in just a few days and with no need for anti-depressants or other drugs.
I really hope you are feeling better soon and that you get things sorted. It is horrible feeling so low. Big hugs to you xx

thanks for your honest thoughts and advice all yes i remember learning about SAD on my psychology course at college, my mum is affected quite badly by it Am back at work today, had a lovely night out NYE dancing the night away with OH, we were so excited about getting married (now THIS august!) and i smiled all night long. A little hungover yesterday so chilled on the sofa all day, but i feel like i can manage things better now have accepted i cant do and be everything and that actually am doing ok. We will get our own place again and i realise its not uncommon for it to be difficult being in a relationship and living with another person so for now just got to smile and enjoy the times when we are alone. ~Oh and the docs messed up my appointment! rang to check it was booked and it wasnt so re scheduled for end of jan idiots!

Glad to hear you're feeling better but do pop and see the quack, you might even find it easier if you're feeling a bit brighter. August, that'll come round bloomin' quick, so much planning but don't get too carried away it's your day, you and OH not the people you end up inviting because if you ask ..... you've got to ask ...... My elder daughter re-married in July and when she told me some of their plans I must admit I thought it was a bit odd, I am very old fashioned in a lot of ways, when the day arrived it turned out to be a very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. So go with what you both want and have fun planning it.
