wanted to go anon for this, but can't remember how to and I'm not really that shy lol
I have been blissfully period free for two years (about 2.5) Have had blood/hormone tests and though they said I was a bit higher than normal in one hormone the rest were "normal". it was suggested that I could be peri menopausal and wouldn't be considered menopausal until I was period free for two years.
Now I am bleeding. Should I be concerned? Could it be that my stress levels have come down enough and that I wasn't meno but had stopped because of NFH two years ago?
Should I see my GP?
Help.... any friendly advice..??

if you are worried then a chat with GP will ease your mind.....but I was period free for about the same time then had one mini period and after that no more........come through the menopause with the help of evening primrose st john's wort and royal jelly and having a sense of humour helps as well...........certainly had an easier time of it than my mum had

Is it a normal period, Julz, nothing untowards about it? If it is then you could leave and see what transpires, but if in doubt, let the Doc check you out.
Evening Primrose Oil is good for sore boobs. LOL
Cool showers in the middle of the night helps for the meno hot flushes too, can thoroughly recommend. PMSL
You just know that James is going to look on here, dont you? Curiosity always did get the better of him. If your unlucky he may even comment. LMAO PMSL ROFL LOL LOL LOL LOL

he said he wasn't too concerned that it had started after two years, but if it didn't settle by end of the week then to see my GP as they can give me something to stop it. if it gets worse (starts soaking through) Im to phone them back. feels better now. I cancelled a walk with a friend as I didnt think it would feel better by the morning, which it didn't, but bit better now... just been out and stocked up on Always though just in case lol
