Um it is probably nothing - but if the symptoms do go on, I fear you ought to go back and get checked out.

I second the above from RH, Julz. In fact would go one step further and say if not all settled by Mond go back either to NHS Direct or your GP. Are you in a lot of pain again?
Have you had a smear test recently? Not sure how old you have to be to have them, but worth asking about, dont you think? XXX
One of my daughters had pre cancerous cells at a smear test, had them removed and now goes for yearly smear tests just to be on the safe side and she is in her early thirties and so far everything is fine.

smear is up to date.. im still getting "mild" cramps.. barely noticeable most of the time, it's more like spotting than bleeding... I will deffo go - it really doesn't feel right.. but I don't think I need out of hours this time.

A smear will not show up endometrial cancer, which is the cancer most strongly associated with vaginal bleeding and cramps. I know this because a very dear freind developed it - and is now cured and well. Her risk now is no greater than that of the population at large. And probably it is just the menopause anyhow. But if it goes on, get it checked.

will do... spotting has stopped now.. and no cramps... however, I will keep an eye on it
