Are you paid cash? If so do they have anything to prove you've had the money?

Check your bank statement and if you can't see the payment ask for proof that they have paid it, they should be able to provide details of the payment.

Well they said they paid it and have proof i am going to bank Tuesday morning to check and will get a print out and show it to boss if its still missing. I might have a week off to look for something but my fav option would be buy the place and restart the business with less horses and a STRUCTURED IDEA oops giant letters. but i cant afford to buy it I need to sort my horse situation out ... im just stressing il probably end up miserable working in a bar agasin until my back conks out again.

Can you check on-line or at the atm, much quicker than going into the bank, try and get the details from your employer Monday, if the payment has gone astray if you have the exact details it'll be easier for the bank to trace it.

To who Julz? Only Dets who is of any use and had that nightmare not long ago getting her back. Troopa dangerous to loan out and retired. Baffle well who wants a project who may cause a lot of problems. Timmy screwed in head stallion and Leo baby pony? I realise Leo needs to go first but need cash to geld him first.

I dont have bog standard easy equines. I dont find them any hassle at all but get the usual interested novice involved and all hell breaks loose and thats often what you get especially round here. Nobody has the cash to pay for sharing costs they just expect free rides and even then usually cant ride. I used to give them help on Troopa but i cannot do that any longer.

Oh dear Troop
would they lease the business to you? could you go to your local council/business link to see if they have any start up grants - low interest business loans?

I dont reckon i have enough good credit for a loan not sure where to start with grants and i dont think leasing would be fair as the place needs knocking down and starting again even if the owner thinks its an ongoing concern the place is trashed as it had 50 horses on the land its on a slope the stables are just knocked up cheaply and leak and dark theres no electric (need generator) and school needs work..... so all in all its not ideal BUT saying that if you could throw the right amount of cash, time and organisation at it then it would be a fab place agin i mean its a busy place in summer but they hire crap staff and they turn people down if they cannot be arsed to do anything. Its a blooming sham.

It has been a trekking centre for many years and has a good summer return client vase but it doesnt really offer lessons (which i now do) the pony club has no organisation at all and i did suggest a fun ride which went well but they got ALL the staff in and made no money which was nuts. There are so many options open to it.
