Been thinking though as it would be great for holiday makers ride from the yard to my place stay in BnB travel to local dressage yard for lesson or go to beach or up mountain. There are quiet country roads and plenty of non horsey places just need cash to do it and thats not going to happen.

It doesn't sound like a good place to start a business... especially if the buildings are knackered anyway... the fields will recover over time and less horses on it. Would the owner even agree to lease it to you?
How good is Dets?

sort of there is an area which is covered and has 5 stables in it but it is very dark. The other stables need knocking down really.

Oh Troop, you do seem to be going through it. I'm sorry I only have sympathy to offer, nothing constructive. Why do these things always happen in the run up to Christmas? Hope you have a good one with your horses.
