Gosh he is really skinny, my friends spaniel was like that, just couldnt get the weight on him as he was such a busy dog (abit like Milo ) you will be pleased to know,he has matured physically and mentally and finally looks a good weight at the grand old age of 4!! He is a handsome chap & im glad Harry likes him to

eeek 4 lol to be fair both Harry and Holly arrived skin n bone but Milo is ridiculous every bone is stuck out the piccy doesnt show it at all. He has just snuck up on sofa next to OH who has passed out on sofa with Harry at his feet the girls have gone to bed. Milo knows he shouldnt be on sofa he keeps looking at me sideways lol but i know he will get off if i tell him so im not over worried. I really cannot believe how setld he seems already its like he just fit straight in. His old owners were shocked when i told them he had crashed. I knew when we were on way home he was tired not physically but mentally poor boy was just shot he has been very stressed jusatr hoping we can get him right. So far he is no trouble. Me and Oh are just treating him like the rest of pack went out for couple hours and he was fine. He gobbled up food like he hadnt seen it for weeks he chomped on his bone from butchers and gave it back when i asked (old owners couldnt take stuff) He apparently hogs all toys and he actually dropped a tennis ball in my hand earlier. Im thinking he will be just fine so long as Harry carries on accepting him in the pack.

I hope it all goes well, it sounds as though he's off to a great start, I've not had many dogs and only ever one at a time but I've always insisted that they give up food when asked. He's got a lovely face the sort that will take some great pictures I bet.

He's lovely, I do like silly Springers. Only another 18 months before he grows up, and you might never know the difference anyway

To be honest so far he is fantastic cannot falt him he sleeps or lies down in car comes back when called ignores the cat got excited when we picked up Dets and sat shivering and sqeeeeking until he decided she was safe lol. He is currently outside nomnoming his knuckle bone lunch with the others. He is much more sensible than i was expecting. Im still waiting for the bad side to show the owners seem glad to be shot of him :/ and the rescue who couldnt take him in said good luck lol

Maybe they didn't give him the chance to run off his energy, or maybe it is a settling in period while he gets his bearings lol

Yes the settling in period lol hence why we keeping him to our routine from the start he will just have to learn to deal with it. Fingers crossed...... Harry had a grump at him but not serious im really very proud of Harry he has been very good about everything.
