He is behaving fabulously and yes upside down on sofa or squished beneath your feet is a favourite spot. He went for a few hours walk with OH and Holly yesterday and came back full of joys of spring and mud and grass lol they met one of the farmers and his dog and daughter and walked together off lead all the way He is at work with OH today so i havent seen him today yet.

Sounds lovely, there really is nothing quite like a cheerful Springer spaniel to make you smile (oh, except hens keen to get their mealworms )

He is sound asleep at my feet with Harry and Amber Happy puppies. Yes hens getting their snacks are highly amusing.

I took Milo out on my own with my 3 this morning bit of a pest on lead but to be expected we just became a little bit tangled to begin with . We went off to a local field and i let everybody off for a run,Harry pounced on him to begin with and Milo did exactly the right thing he rolled on his back so Harry decided it was acceptable to play and off they all went they ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran and Harry gave up and Milo ran and ran and ran and they all went swimming and chased birds and ran a bit more. All came back although Milo was a tiny bit reluctant when he realised i was putting leads back on. 4 sleepy dogs at my feet

Im an idiot portiabuzz can barely afford it but on plus side i have lost half a stone .... eating habits changed and more exercise lmao plus my meds are on form at minute. Poor Milo i dont know why he has been passed around so much 3 homes and not even a year old yet. He has fitted right in.

Just quick update ..... Milo is going great guns he is a fab little dog. He has eaten a couple of things in my other halves Landrover when he got a bit bored but otherwise has been a diamond. He can be left in house if we go to work and cannot take him,he plays with the other dogs he is ok with horses that are face to face (not if they are moving yet) he jumps up and licks their noses. He is good with cats and people. Bit too lively as a garage dog but other half is perservering lol. He is good off lead but has a tendency to dash off ahead to explore, he does come back when called and i have been feeding him treats when he returns so now he is starting to check in on us more often. I am making small progress with him not pulling on lead so im hopeful he will be as good as the rest soon. I dont teach heel just do not pull. The OH can teach him that. Anyway the reason for my update is mainly that i came home from work today in a great deal of pain with my back. I was taking washing from line and dropped a sock :/ usually that is me stuffed and i have to get OH to help but i chanced it and asked Milo to pick it up for me and he did and he handed it to me to, he took about 5 seconds to let it go but i was soooooooo chuffed Happy Bunny!

Glad Milo is doing well and it sounds like he could come in very handy if he picks things up for you
