Would you pay someone to help with your horse - perhaps turning out, mucking out etc if you worked full time etc - either someone coming to your yard or putting your horse in a livery yard offering these services??>>

My YO pays me to do her mucking out for her! If I had enough money, I would definitely pay someone to muck out and poo pick for me!!

If its someone i trusted yes, did so previously with old horse on a diy livery yard, a nice girl covered holidays for me and also used to bring my boy in from the field in the winter months when they came in early and i was at work Recently i paid someone to muck out for a few days as i had really bad flu and really couldnt do the mucking out although i tried!

Yes. I work some funny shifts, so I do pay for someone to occasionally bring in etc

Yes I would if I was on diy or had my own yard for instance. It would have to be someone I trusted though.

Years back I used to be paid by 2 other liveries to bring their horses in, hose their legs and change rugs - it used to be £2 per night, per horse. For putting out and skipping out it was normally £5 per day.
Before I left the livery yard I used to pay to have my pooh picking done at £1.50 per barrow.
If you cant work out a system (favour for a favour) then I'd expect to pay

I have provided the help previously, at the moment I pay the YM to do the odd morning or evening if we are away or on holiday.

I would pay for poo picking but its not so easy to find someone.
I usually watch my friends horses and they watch mine on the few occasions i go on holiday.

Yes, I use a local petcare service, who come and do chores as requested, paid by the hour. Great service, really reliable and concientious.

Over the years I've moved from diy with services if away, to part and now full livery. I found part livery the poorest set up, my yards full livery is excellent and for the first time scince ive had him I don't necessarily long to have him at home because I trust the yo and people she employs.
I have a baby and will be going back to work, my leisure time is very valuable, mucking out and poo picking can certainly be done by someone else and I can groom, exercise etc...

Yes, vab. I often did when I was working as I was frequently working long hours or away from home for short (ish) periods. I couldn't have coped without help. I was lucky having good people to help.
