OH got me one of these for Christmas. Definitely gives you a more secure seat (well I didn't fall off over Christmas hols anyway).

LOL! Also prevents you from feeling like you are dislocating both your hips when you ride a pony as wiiiiiiiiiiiide as mine!

Heather I got my horse after years and years out of riding - I had only really bombed about on ponies.
My friend lent me your book and it totally changed the way I rode - I read it from cover to cover. Just some more feedback for you ;D Not tried the seatsaver though....

I bought one that Casper was selling recently and I don't know how I managed without it! Firstly no sore bum on long hacks and secondly I do feel more secure in the saddle which is a nice feeling when you have a fresh bouncy 5 year old!

I bought a HM seatsaver to improve my grip on my nicely worn in leather saddle. Went for a long ride, got nearly home and suddenly realised that I wasn't aching like I'd normally be - so got an extra added bonus with the seatsaver! Sadly (?) riding in a Wow saddle at the moment, and the seatsaver doesn't fit. Any plans to do a Wow version, Heather??

I've got both the seatbone saver and the backsaver pads but I cant use both at once!! Makes me feel very detached from the horse if I have both on!! My 16.2hh suddenly feels about 18hh but it feels like i'm just floating above him if you see what I mean!! I generally use the back pad and suffer myself!! Both great products but dont work together in my opinion.

Ooo, why doesnt it fit on a Wow, jakeandbarneysmum? Are they monoflap?
Glad the book helped too beany1! I hope to republish it myself this year, with all new photos. Self publishing all in future- at the royalty rate from books, £18.99 for the hardback of mine, and all I got was 40p a copy, and at £12,99 for the paperback, a princely 20p, it is an insult! So I am going into publishing for myself!!
Thanks folks! ;D

June, after the generous hospitality you and Peter showed us all, that was the least I could do!! But glad you are finding them useful!

The seat savers are great the only thing i found was when i had it on my t4 cob saddle i felt perched as the seat on the saddle isn't very deep. Mind you i also felt like that when i rode on my friends horse with her saddle which was a completly different make. However i still think they are fab!
