Another vote for Swiss horse boots, the have been perfect for my last two horses. I got mine second hand from the saddlery shop after trying epics and boas. Good luck

That sounds like good news Michelle. I'm hoping to ditch the boots as a chiro has worked wonders on Brio, if her LH stops twisting she won't wear her heels ergo no boots.

Well we've just done 45 mins long lining, about half on the road and half on a mixture of forest tracks, some very stony and he didn't miss a beat

Nope, thankfully I think from a combo of getting him back on soaked hay, the field drying out and getting him to eat his minerals his thrush is mostly gone and he's walking out happily on most surfaces so I'll just take my time to condition his feet bare and give up on boots.
I still have my old macs for emergencies eg holding on poultices or pad walking after injury etc.
