No expert here, but trying to learn . Nice head and length of neck, well set on. Slightly long backed? Front legs nice and straight, not over or back at the knee. Hocks a bit straight? But difficult to tell from the pic. Decent sloping shoulder. Looks a nice, useful all round fella.

Lovely chap! Good depth of girth, nice straight legs, pretty head, well sized. Well set on neck.
Perhaps a little long in the back, and a wee bit weak at the throat. Rather short and over straight hind pasterns - cow hocked (or is that just how he is standing?!)
Strong front, though a little straight in shoulder - but therefore some nice knee action?
Well sprung ribs. In general - nice looking pony.

Yes his hind legs arent at their best in that picture They are a lot squarer than they look there. He is I think a little bit long, but a lovely boy nonetheless ;D

Almost impossible to assess an animal accurately from a photograph! I would like to see a picture of him sideways on level ground, plus photos of him from in front and behind. How can people buy animals from pictures? !
His age and occupation would also be useful. I will go off and put a stronger pair of glasses on. j
