My tack was stolen recently so I'm lloking for new tack. The saddle fitter is coming out next week so I hope to buy a saddle from him as i'm no expert in saddle fitting but I need a new bridle (haven't bought one since I was a kid!) I'm looking for good discounted buys due to credit crunch. Has anyone seen any bargin bridles for sale? Thanks ;D

Depends what you call a bargain? Ebay have loads of cheap bridles but they aren't always English leather. GFS bridles are relatively cheap on there as well sometimes around £40 plus postage. Kincade is a good budget brand, around £20, good strong leather and supple, great for everyday. Hydrophane do budget bridles, Olympian is another budget brand.

I just bought a Kincade bridle this morning - only for the reins as it was cheaper to buy the whole bridle than a set of reins on their own!
Seems a nicle bridle though.

Heritage is the name used but made with leather I spoke about on 1st reply.. they are often sold on Ebay and I can say rather nice bridleware and not expensive.. and they are english leather..
