Happy New Year to you all,
My special DG friends,
Let's raise a glass and toast to life,
And hope that good things never end.
I wish you all lots of love,
Health and dreams come true,
Keep yourselves safe and happy,
Remember always to be you.
There's twelve months left to make a difference,
To make this year so good,
Be kind and sensitive - keep open hearts,
Treat others like you should.
Always remember you've got friends here,
When you're down and feeling blue,
I'm sure we'll all stick by your side,
We'll help you feel as good as new.
We've been united though our equines,
We've created a special bond,
We'll keep on growing in strength and wisdom,
Through this year and beyond.
We each have talents - we each have faults,
Nobodys ever perfect,
But we all have one thing that'll stay in common-
We have each other for friendship, help and comfort.
You each are people who I hold close,
I keep you dearly in my mind,
You've pulled me through the difficult times,
You've been so very kind.
I hope we'll always keep in touch,
Pull each other through,
Because I know I'd not still be breating now,
If I did not have you.
I hope one day I can be there,
If you need a shoulder upon to cry,
I feel I'm so in debt to you,
I'll never pass you by.
With that in mind let us make a toast,
For the best year we've had so far,
Make a wish and look up high,
And pray upon a star.
So make that wish and live in hope,
Make life a blissful heaven,
Here's to you, my fabulous friends,
Have a wonderful two thousand and seven!
