Mine has just started to lose hair too! According to The Independent newspaper, this summer is going to be even hotter than last years - maybe they're getting ready!

Misty has too....hopefully she'll get a proper summer coat this year and I won't have to clip her

Nope...but he's starting to get little places that glow orange in a certain light--looks like a bit of nice golden palomino summer coat is making its way in under all the white fur!!!

Mine seems to have decided not to bother growing a winter coat in the first place! Or at least, if this is his idea of a winter coat, it's a pretty poor attempt. He has a bit more around his eyes and muzzle than in the summer (when these areas are totally hairless), and the rest may be a little bit thicker, but it's not what you'd call a winter coat.

My shettie started a couple of weeks ago, but if you saw how much he had to shed, you'd understand why! He will still be moulting in June, then the winter short hairs start coming through in July! Henry will start in three weeks or so. Mad innit?
