So Annoyed!
I used the vet college to investigate lameness in my horse and the vet was great and we hopefully are getting to the bottom of it.
But Have had problems with the accounts department.
I am insured but they will not go through the insurance unless it is over £1000 so I have to pay and claim back.
Well I spoke to the account guy week before Xmas and said that I would pay on card just needed to get card details as not with me, fine he said to ring next week and pay. That was Xmas week and I was rushing round as you do and didn't ring.
Accounts guy rang Wednesday this week and left message to say to contact him to arrange payment. Fine I rang Thurs and paid.
BUT
They have taken the money from my current account on the Tuesday and now my mortgage payment has bounced so I will get charged £30 for the privilege of not doing anything?!
SO So annoyed, rang and Accounts guy said that it had been credited back to my account but this can take 7 days so if my mortgage company try again and it bounces I will get charged another £30!!! All I got from him was sorry!!
How can they do this, I gave my details when I dropped my boy off in the morning but they said they wouldn't take from that account with out my say so.
I am still having vet treatment so not as if I'm going to do a runner and they have my insurance details any way!!

Sorry rant over.
But what can I do, I still want to deal with vet as they were great. Thought I may ring vet and say about problem with account guy. I have 6 horses I was going to transfer to them.
And I thought this year was going to get better!!
