I am looking to get a joint supplement for my 38 year old.......having never bought a joint supplement before I haven't got a clue what ones are any good! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

NAF: Five Star Superflex. I use it for my lad, and wouldn't be without it. The difference within the first couple of weeks was amazing. Do shop around for it though, as it is expensive - but in my opinion - worth every penny!

Also seeing as you have never bought a Joint supplement one thing to look for is the amounts of Glucosamine it really needs to be 10g to be effective with horses, the same goes for MSM. If you want Chondroitin as well then ideas seem to vary from 1g-5g for effectivness.

Doesn't it depend on the particle size or something as well, as to whether it gets absorbed properly...?
