I have had my horse on a straw bed for 8weeks or so, I am finding it more difficult to muckl out than with shavings, I use a fork (muck fork) but leave some in occassionally and take out a lot of straw, is there an easier more accurate method ;D

gloves are probably easier and you can pick up the little bits that go through the fork

I have 6 straw beds to muck out each day and tool kit is 1 wheel barrow 1 dung fork 1 spade/shovel and a broom. All is clean and tidy untill the horses come back in again lol.
