Very urban, and trapped by main roads so not good for hacking at all. I don't know about any livery yards in the area. Any reason why you are looking there?
Bridgewater would be much more suitable, again urban in the middle, but much more countryside to access closeby.

OK, well keep posting where you've had offers and I'll do my best to advise whether they're any good or not. I agree Clevedon would be much nicer )

Lawrence Weston is not very nice at all but it is near Blaise Castle and the RDA centre (my Welshie was loaned to them whilst I lived in London). Bridgewater is known for it's bad smell due to the cellophane factory (is it still there!). Clevedon is definitely nicer!

I reckon the cellophane pong has gone, at least I haven't consciously closed my airvents when passing by recently!!

Cellophane closed down some years ago, I believe. Bridgwater is not the best place in Somerset with some pretty rough areas but there are some nice places to live around there. The town centre is uninspiring! It's fairly close to the northern/eastern sides of the Quantock Hills and motorway access is good.

Hi
Highbridge would be better for horses Also Burnham-On-Sea. Also not as rough as some of the estates in Bridgwater!

I live just outside Bridgwater in the rural area and its lovely. However i would say that Bridgwater town centre is pretty rough and I never go there I always go to Taunton. Nicest areas are the taunton side of Bridgwater plenty of hacking and access to Quantock and Mendip hills. You could do a lot worse!!! B X
