Hi There,
I have emailed Lucy to say that I can definitely rescue the Jenny donkey, suspected pregnant, in dept 41 as my mother confirmed today that she will pay.
As for me, I am waiting for some questions to be answered from Lucy, does anyone else know the answers or shall I wait for her?
I wanted to know what the ages and heights the comtois horses in dept 42 are. Also, whether the 5 year old trotter mare in dept 41 would be able to carry much weight or if she is fine like a TB - not sure how much bone trotters have. Last question is I really like the comtois 14 month old on the french site, if she is 14.1 now, will she get to 15.2 with good feed and a good home?!
As soon as I choose the mare, what are the next steps to getting these girls home?
Thanks,
Emma

Hi, The comtois are between 15 and 18 months old. They normally make about 15.2hh to 16hh.Trotters can sometimes be quite big boned so if she is in good health(I have asked) she should carry a reasonable weight...I gues its what you weigh though . Can I just say all horses on NV are numbered and we are getting round to this on equinesection too

According to the web site, they race carrying 11 and a half stone over distances of up to 2.5 miles. I would imagine if they look anything like a Standardbred they can easily carry more with in a less demanding ride.

Apparently the horse 41P01 is a little thin probably due to worms but in good health otherwise
