Have you spoken to your vet? I would be worried that they were there in the first place but I guess it is good that they are passing through?

yes, Maybelline was full of them too! One week on and we are only finding about one a day now!

Lancia also had them although I haven't seen any for about a week now! They were dreadful for at least 5-7days after worming though!!

Have any of you wormed specifically for tapeworm as well? I know it isn't the right time but I wonder when/if Maybelline was last done and would hate her to be carrying them until October.

I think I'm going to do for tape as 5 day guard doesn't seem to have Honey passing anything much at all and she must be wormy with her tummy!

i was advised to do panacur guard 5 day, leave for a few days after that and give equest, then leave again for about 10 days and give pyratape/equitape.

suzie, are you sure she isn't in foal? I was going to give Maybelline equitape but have discovered it hasn't been tested on pregnant mares so since we don't know for sure, I am going to give her equimax. You'll be ok with Uge Melissa LOL, (is that what you are calliing him?
