Was just listening to this radio show as I was working at my desk and thought 'Yes, this would be really useful for someone having confidence issues with riding'
It's not focused on riding specifically, but it is about how to deal with those thoughts that bring us down, whatever they might be.

You may have to register with Hay House to get into the programme archive, but it's free and they really good - they don't sell your contact details to other people and they don't bombard you with emails afterwards.
