Hi, Just wondering where would you recommend to get small neat bits for showing and in a size 4" or 41/4" . I would like to get a neat happy mouth pelham . Pony has a tiny mouth but is 13hh??

That size bit is notoriously hard to get hold of as i know to my angst as small pony 12.2 with very dainty features used to be in 4 and 4 &1/4. However i have moved him up to a 4 & 1/2 and he is far more comfortable and my dentist has given the seal of approval for the bit size change.
Shires do a small ponies bit range, they dont' come up any more expensive but they are the only manufacturer to do them the same price.
Other than that, Ebay is the best place to be honest, thats where i got most of mine.....

Fylde do beautifully made bits and the ring tend to be the right size so don't look huge on small ponies. He will make up any size/ combination for you as well. www.fyldesaddlery.co.uk
