Question ? In the line-up while waiting for the indiviual shows to be completed, as the judge is not looking at the line-up is it ok for your horse to relax/fall asleep (!), or is it sufficient to get your horse standing square, etc once the final horse/rider has completed their show ?

It depends on the judge, but you are theoretically being judged all the time you are in the ring. If the judge is trying to decide between you and another horse they may look back at the line up to remind themselves, but a lot of judges will have made their mind up from the individuals and won't look back. My advice would be to keep an eye on the judge and make sure your horse isn't resting a leg/standing with his legs crossed etc, just in case.

Thanks for responding, it's appreciated ! I read one of your other posts about the tic-tacs, what a great idea . . . and already bought some ready for the weekend !
