My second dressage test results.

This was my second test that i had ever atempted in my entire life without a caller on the p7 test got 5th place.my first test the p4 was much worse with lots of scores of 5s but yet got 4th place with the total marks of 107/48.64% saying this i don't have a clue how they work it out,here is my test results ......

1.A enter working trot,proceed down centre without halting
C turn left.........marks 6 not on centre line but corrected

2.H working trot round the arena to a........ 6 good trans

3.FXH change rein in working trot.........6 could go into corners more

4.H working trot round the areana to A....... 5 trot little laboured

5.A commence circle right 20 meteres diameter
and on circle between
X&A working canter right......... 6 good trans

6.A working canter around arena

B&F working trot
FAK working trot........... 6 broke

7.K medium walk
E turn right
B turn left
M working trot............ 3 no walk shown (this is where i went a little wrong lol)

8.C commence circle left 20 meteres diameter,
and on circle between
X&C working canter left.............6 good trans to canter

9.working canter round the areana

B&M working trot........................ 6 better canter round the arena,trotted early

10.C medium walk
HB change rein in a free walk on a long rein
B medium walk.....................5 no streching shown (ooops)

11.F working trot
A down centre line
G Halt.immobility.Salute................ 6 straight down centre line
good halt.

12.paces( freedom and regularity).........6 a little laboured at time
13.impulsion....................................5 well tried
14.summision ...............5 head needs to be a little steadier
15.riders position and seat,correctness and effect of the aids..6 well tried
total 110 /overall 55 %

Well done for going out and having a good time which i assume you did, take on board where the judges thought you had gone wrong and try to improve on the marks. If you can bring your 6's to 7's and lower to a least 6 you will be well on the way!!

They add all your marks up you have gained minus any penalties then divide them by the total amount that can be gained then times it by 100!!!!

Your walk on a free rein is double points so is really important to get right with your horse stretching down and the collectives at the bottom are all doubled (the last 4 boxes) which is where you can pick up the higher percentages.

Never be too put out on the judges points they only see you for about 4 and a half minutes so try your best to improve each time and youll soon be out winning!!!!!

was this at EF in selby lolly?
they are doing dressgae at homestead and at GDRC this summer if you fancy another go. I'm going to have a bash and embarass myself :-)

Hi Rosie, yes it is East Farm,when is the one at Homestead on? i would love to go to different places,don't worry if you think you will embarass yourself i did in my first test chucked myself in the deep end without a clue what to do or what the test was all about lol.I had an half an hour lesson at East farm which helped me lots.
