wanted, property with land in Devon

Have been searching the estate agents for ages and nothing coming up. Does anyone know of any properties in west Devon (near Tavistock) which are up for sale or coming up with a minimum of 6 acres suitable for horses up to £700k

Happy with something than needs renovating, want outbuildings and/or holiday lets. preferably an old house - not a bungalow.

The agents seem to push you just towards the internet and while Rightmove and Primelocation have loads of properties it is nearly impossible to find the ones with land.

We are now in a position to move - houses are sold and we have nowhere to go.

Also if anyone knows of any place to rent near Okehampton or Tavistock with land please let me know

We have a few properties aound us but we are up towards Bideford...

the one next door is coming up but they one have approx 1 acres (but we do rent land up lane which is 10 arces)

two not too far away both with 6 to 7 arces and another one about 10 to 15 mins away and they have approx 8 acres.

This might be too far from where you want
