Quite weak, I've recently learned. Most people seem to recommend approx 2 tablespoons to a gallon. A friend has also looked into the possible effects of Borax if you get it too strong and reckons it's fairly benign. We're therefore using a 2litre water bottle (very, very well marked) with 1 tblsp. It has cleared up the signs of WLD in a couple of days.
