Darren Slater (from Cheshire, I think)
Chris Pailor (Worcester, I think!)

Anna* - I use John Lancaster and he seems very good. He's from Shrewsbury so not too far from you.

Thanks Matt, I 'll give him a call. I've heard of a farrier called Matt Jones in Shrewsbury but he wouldn't travel to me - I'm thinking that this is the REAL reason people go barefoot!!!

I don't really know, Matt.
He used to shoe the horse or a girl who used to be at my yard (!!) and she was REALLY particular about her horses feet. She loved him and used to box her horse down to him every 6 weeks (50 mile round trip) because he wouldn't travel up here.
