Equine Ethology Ltd. announces that effective immediately Equine Ethology will no longer be affiliated as a licensee of Parelli Natural Horsemanship USA.
Earlier this year Linda Parelli fully endorsed the need for the change of emphasis to introduce Equine Ethology as a more academic approach with its UK national government accreditation and French Federation approval (see Savvy News Issue 26 p16).
Today Parelli Natural Horsemanship USA decided to terminate our 10 year license agreement.
Equine Ethology recognises that the UK & Australasia have a great equestrian tradition of good riders and with a better understanding of horse behaviour, will continue to improve riding skills.
The need to fit with European and Australasian equestrian culture and upcoming changes in coaching regulations required us to develop new standards in horsemanship.
Together with our partners La Cense in France we have devised a programme that carries both French Federation approval and UK national accreditation moving away from the many self-accredited natural horsemanship programmes.
Our method has been developed by a team of experts and institutions with the credentials to last the test of time and not based on the views of a single person.
Equine Ethology as leader in natural horsemanship in the United Kingdom & Australasia has developed the first nationally accredited Equine Ethology programme that is delivered in the form of 15 certificates carrying national education framework credits. Our new programme was launched under the name 'La Cense method' to great acclaim at Salon De Cheval in Paris last week. The program will be available in the UK in January.
Equine Ethology will offer you more services and better instructors with higher standards.
David Stuart, Master Horseman, and the full team at Equine Ethology are available to answer any questions.
We wish you a very happy holiday
