I will go listen to it a little later ...... the first I heard of it properly was when Franklin Barnes did a demo of what it involved to professionals using Taz as a stand in when his planned demo horse could not make it. I had heard of similar but never come across it for psychological issues.
I suppose a very brief description could include enabling people to see how they can influence other sentient beings without anger or high emotion ..... and perceive that the response they get from that is REAL (being that cannot be "playacting" or anyone being patronising / condescending / paid to do it / that can arise with interaction with other humans.
It also makes folk aware of the power of body language / non judgemental relationships etc...........
please those who do do it add more as this is but my impression.
I have loads experience of working with animals together with people with learning and physical problems .... but not phsychotherapy. ( I suppose though given that Taz was a great help when I was in troubles I can certainly see the benefits ;D)

You been on the sauce Laura? Not Franklin Barnes (doesn't he make saddles??) - Franklin Levinson! Maybe we should take a trip to Shuna next year when she's got a course on?

ooooooppppppppppppppppssssssssssss Kas I stand corrected !!!!!!!!!!!! how did you guess re the sauce .......... although it seems to be a mistake I have made a few times re poor franklin levinson ... like once you have made it you can.t seem to get the name right at all Sorry franklin levinson
