Can anyone guide me to the website for these, as I've googled but can't find them. I don't know what it stands for, but it is something to do with disability. Thankyou!

No, it's not DLA. It's something to do with Disability regs, and employers/employees I think. I was looking for the regulations, as my husbands just been finished from his job due to arthritis. It says in his letter that - 'his condition is likely to be covered under the DDA regulations'. I was wanting to read them to find out exactly what they mean.

The DDA regs (Disability Discrimination Act) have recently been overhauled - there might be some info for you here: www.drc.gov.uk/ especially since you are looking particularly at employment issues and your husband being made redundant on those grounds. www.disability.gov.uk/dda/there could be more relevant info for you here. Regards
