If you press the buy button on an item are you legally bound to buy it or can you get out of buying the item.
I've pressed the buy button on a dually halter and the total cost is the same as buying it direct from here.
Help please.

Yes unfortunately for you you have agreed a sale, If you did back out of it by not paying or whatever then ebay would contact you if the seller had complained about you for not paying etc, the seller would most likely then give you a negative feedback. If you can handle all these then yes if you must then you can back out of a sale but i do not advise you to as i believe it to be against the law.

why don,t you contact the sellar and ask to withdraw they might let you i would if it was a genuine mistake
