I'm alive! No poisoning took place LOL I cooked stir fryed chicken breast with red onions splash of wine (didnt waste too much on the food tho! drunk the rest!) balsamic vinegar, peppers etc with egg noodles and a dollop of cream cheese.... Andy was most impressed; asked where I got the recipe from and I said the DG! He rolled his eyes! LOL > It actually tasted really good ! x

Hi Lisa, so pleased the food was appreciated, you'll be scoring major brownie points and Andy should never complain again when you your DG surfing!!!!

Hi Roz.. thanks!! I printed out the suggestions from you and Jenny and now have them on the pin board in the kitchen! I may go for the whole chicken and roasties at the weekend; a bit too time consuming for a week night x

for a quick meal i fry off strips of pork in a wok with mushrooms and onion, little veggie stock with white wine fresh parsley creme fresh, dollop of mustard some mixed herbs sea salt and cracked black petter and Maggi seasoning and serve with rice, and cheesy bread croutons, is very quick to do and tasty, oh have to say give it 30 min on low heat and get the pork really tender. yum might do that tonight now ;D
