I actually did know a Jo King at university. There was a village just outside Aberystwyth (and a town in France) called Dole.
My godmother has a nephew called Albert Hall. An aunt has a relative (not related to me) called Julius Caesar.
I came from a village called Pyle and I've heard every comeback from "what you say you've got haemarroids?" to "pile of what?".
I always smile to myself when watching E.R. about Dr Pratt - such an unfortunate name.
I once did a quiz in a magazine about "how mature are you?" and one of the key questions was "do you snigger when presented with someone called Shufflebotham?" And yes I did come out as less than mature!
