well as you no i am now trying to replace my stolen tack. but i have a bit of a problem, i own a 12.2hh dartmoor x pony thats very table top . which makes finding a saddle mission impossible. i have tried extra wide saddles which barrel roll and end up on his neck too. really need some ideas of what to try next. have tried a hunting breast plate and a cropper on the last one and anti slip pads but still moved loads . all advice welcome many thanks

A show saddle? I have to use a show saddle on my mare who is tabletop like. She also has no or very little withers. I use a Flyle Marjorie and it hasn't moved once and we have had it for a year now.

www.fyldesaddlery.co.uk/Jen's right in saying that they aren't cheap. Mine was £650. The ideal Ramsay is the same saddle. Maybe you could try ebay, you might just be lucky. I had tried second hand saddle of different makes and all of them slipped. For me it was a worthwhile investment.

I use Ideal saddles on my table top Dartmoors and they are fine, the most I have to do is have a point strap fitted.

I have this problem as I'm an adult riding a 13.2hh pony! Anthing that fits him perfectly in the treed line doesn't fit me so I went for a second hand Ansur treeless saddle. It's perfect for us both!
Good luck and sorry to hear about your tack being stolen.
Happy Christmas xx
