Now i have contacted Enviromental health this is a last resort as i get on well with my neighbours but i cant put up with the smell anymore. Also it cant be healthy for the dogs to walk about/sit in it day in day out..................Advice please

I think that is disgusting!!!! We have 6 dogs and our yard and garden are cleaned and disinfected daily, none of our dogs live outside either and our house does not stink, you have to keep on top of it, if my neigbor came round and said my yard stank I would die of shame Why do people have dogs if there not prepared to put the work in that comes with them

I have 2 rottweilers and they do live outside but we have a huge garden and are daily cleaned and disenfected, the problem they may have if they have a male dog they tend to pee up things rather than on the ground i know when i disenfect i do all the fence aswell. but like everyone says it needs to be done daily especially in this hot weather. And yes they might not think the smell is bad, i know when i am poo-picking the horses some people say the smell is terrible but i really can,t smell it (i think i spend my life in poo) ;D

thats disgusting, especially in the hot, dry weather, weve got two boxers who go out for the odd job or two in the garden, we clean up daily and theres no way we would shut them out all day its not fair on the neighbours at all, I'd definately go to environmental health, I'm sure they can get something done

How terrible for you. This is disgusting. I have 8 dogs and if anyone told me that their yard stunk I would be mortified. It is simply a matter of routine. I am a poo expert. Between horses, dogs and a baby in nappies. If you find it offensive enough to speak to your neighbours and they ignore you then I don't blame you for making a formal complaint. I have doggy friends and I can't stand to be in their homes because of the strong urine odour. I couldn't bear living next door to them Not nice for the dogs either. All too revolting for me to think about
