:DNever being one to do things properly, or work out how to, I have already started chatting, so my intro is a bit late. I'm from West Sussex, near Billingshurst, so if there are any locals out there let me know! I own 3 horses and one pony, all of whom do not enough, but they are much loved and cherished. Problem is that I work, have two children (not to mention a husband/third child), we're in the process of rebuilding our house etc etc. I wish that I could ease up on work, but we have our own business and I am heavily involved. Sadly, I am a nervous rider see thread "Nerves - Again" I am also trying to work out this chat room lark. Didn't find help too helpful. Any ideas?

Hiya Carole, I am in Lancing and between my sister and I we have five ( well four and a half actually if you count the little chap ! ) There are quite a few in the sussex area and most of them are in Brighton etc... You will soon get a hang of the board although its just a case of keep posting and using it really. Ps... There is another Carole - the only thing that distingishes the pair of you is a small or capital " C " so you might want to add something to your log in name ?? Just an idea but it can get confusing otherwise. Nice to have you here. x

Hey there's nothing like a good Carole at this time of year!! Please to meet you from the other Carole, there are at least another two on here though without the e's and it sounds like being nervous is something we have in common besides the horses themselves. I am nr Peterborough, have 3 coloureds and a Chesnut, the chesnut-Scud is an Anglo Arab and is my daughters potential show/dressage horse, we also have Peppi a cremello coloured SHP/dressage horse, then there is Flight my big coloured that is currently just about 5.5months in foal to another coloured, and last but definately not least is Flitch my newest purchase who is coloured and only 6 months old. As I say I am very nervous in saddle now due to too long on foot duty to youngsters and daughter and its now hit me that everything in my riding needs shaping up, losing 3 stone might help the balance and there will be less of me to hit the ground if I do fall off See you around anyway
