Hi Esme I live just outside Bude nr the Tamar Lakes. Maer lane is a good place too ride so don't worry about the bored riders. Most of them have prob come from the camp site and very tired so having a kip whilst out for a ride lol. Gooseham has a good reputation too. I have major health issues so can not ride any more but do have a little stud breeding large Welsh Cobs and Part Breds.

All of that area is beautiful isn't it? I know the Tamar Lakes area slightly. Sorry to hear you can't ride anymore, but it's not the be all and end all of horse relationships by any means is it? I bet the Welsh cobs are fun, we had a little Welsh pony for my daughters first "own" equine (on loan), he was a Coed Coch and was absolutely brilliant, taught her loads and went on to help three other little girls before he died suddenly this year at about 30 years old.

Hi Rosierocks! How's Bude? It's so steamy hot here I wish we were down there right now, bit of a sea breeze would be great!
