Vicsuk, Hi, I am on the commitee of AMCST!! Thanks for standing up for us. Rather than repeat earlier posts, all I will add is that I can honestly say I have never suffered any criticism from those whose horse's I have treated and the vets who look after them. Every client I have treated for has asked me back again. I know I am making a difference. Unlike Vics, I did not go onto the Mctim-Corley course with degrees etc however, I have read into the subject with immense depth. I am happy to say I have reached the stage where vets ask my opinion on unlevel horses. Anna, remember the distinction between Mctim and Mctim Corley! I feel that to critcise the newer courses is like saying an OU degree means nothing in comparison to a 'proper' university degree. All educative courses are only as good as you make them. To answer your question why did I not do the human chiropractic course, basically two reasons, firstly I have no desire to treat humans whatsoever. I prefer animals!! Secondly, The human - animal course was astronomically expensive. Neither myself or my family could afford to put me through it.
