Hi All Just posting this for a friend. He has 3 traditional cob mares stolen from a field near Stafford this weekend. It has been reported to Wariwkshire Police. Please keep an eye out. Thanks Lioness

The 'dealer' was supposed to have taken the 3 cob mares in px for a riding horse......not likely given their value .......he then tried to sell them to someone from up North who has seen the posters and called the owner to say where they were.....

Thanks lioness, I suppose nothing is being done to the 'dealer' as he will be totally innocent? Im glad they are home safe, if a bit well travelled! Coventry isnt that far from me, I wondered if he is 'known' for doing this.

Maybe we ought to put GPS on the horses LOL, like a data tracker that tells you where your horse is ?

One day Lulu, some bright spark maybe able to incorporate them into microchips and then no horse would go missing. Probably to 'spooks' to be feasible though! Which is a shame.
