I'm trying to find a particular type of Grackle Noseband.
I'll know the name of it when I hear it.
Please can I have some suggestions...?

Yes, Mexican grackles are also know as American grackles.
Are you looking for a grackle with rings that sit at about cheeks level? In which case that's an American/Mexican grackle.
