To help alittle. I pay 20 pounds a week for 4 acres, no stables/electricity but lovely grazing, well drained fields and natural shelter and the guy brings me those big tubs of water. Someone just down the road pays 25 a week for one stable and 3/4 acre, tap water and electric. Someone else locally but up on the moor (difficult to get to in bad weather) pays 25 pounds a week for 4 stables and a building, 1 1/2 acres but no water or electric and an acre of the land is moorland. I used to pay 30 pounds a week for 3 acres+1 acre of woodland+ 1/3 acre of handstanding, natural stream water and big barrel thing brought down for winter when they were on the hardstanding, plus use of menage and use of large container for storage. No electric though.
Personally i would say 25-30 pounds a week would be reasonable.
I am currently looking for a new yard, the ones I have looked at are: 3 acres, 7 stables, outdoor menage, electric and water-400pcm extra 10 acres avaliable for another 100pcm 17acres 3 stables no electric or water and on the very top of a very cold hill- 550pcm (didnt get it as was TOO cold and isolated, was worried about the foals and not being able to get there in bad weather)

It depends where in the country you are! Here in darkest Kent you'd easily pay £15 per horse per week for that. Yes, and that is with just cold running water and battery powered lighting.

Well, round my way good off-road hacking would put it up to maybe £20 per week per horse

I have 2 stables both with lighting, and a saftey socket. My own tackroom, with lighting and elec, i have a kettle, micro wave, fridge, cd/radio, 2 easy chairs, and all the girls tack. My own hay shed, it hold 20 bales, a toilet, outside tap, all on the yard. Then about 30 steps away, i have a 3 1/2 acre field with a big field shelter, lots of natural shelter, and a self feeding water trough, a separate small paddock. Off road hacking, but no menege, (but i can hire a menege round the corner for £2.00 for 1/2 hr).....I pay £45 a month, not each horse, but for everything..... I live in Cheshire
