I have a partbred. He is a blanket spot palamino but because he is so pale his spots completely disappear in winter. That's him on my avatar. He is 28 and retired but we still have lots of fun together Well done for being placed at your first show !!

This is Taz on the day I bought him. He's only 3 & I have read that spots sometimes disappear/fade with age, I hope Taz's spots stay!

(I'm posting as an honourary spottie owner as I love them, have always wanted one, but seem to be wooed by bays and blacks who 'desired colour' to go with my dark bay!

I've got a black/white blanket spot named Texas. He's in Full House magazine on thursday as he's rather a special boy!

This Paddy who sadly died of a heart attack at the age of 12 last Feb. He was a snowflake bay so you can't see his spots that well.

I have an appy X his dam was a 14.2 skewbald 1/4 arab thats all i know. We got him as a two year old he was going for meat (his 1/2 brothers did we could only have one!) he was in terrible condition, rain scald all along his back, all his ribs showing through a thick winter coat, and his mane had "been pulled for us to tidy it up" you could see the blood in his mane where handfulls must have been ripped out!!!!! It was months before you could brush his mane without him flinching. But that was 20 yrs ago and he is still here enjoying thekind of life he should have had to start with! He goes out about 3 or 4 times a week and gives his rider a few hair raising monents, but put a child on him and hes a darling!!

Oh wonderful photo, where were you? Is that that naughty pony that left me in a ditch????How is she doing, your little looney? I'm bet you are glad you didn't buy Paddy...what a shock that was I can tell you. See "my" new ride on thread; Rode my new horse today. I am only 2 weeks into this partnership so early days yet. He is a bit looney too.
