Too many connections ?

Is it just me or is anyone else experiancing the annoying blank screen with blue box saying
: too many connections on the server try again in 30 seconds


Looking at the log on bit at the bottom we have :

1 Staff Member, 7 Members, 2 Guests. Most users online was 103, May 22, 2006, 2:30pm
firefly, Garry, varkie, miggy, izzy, BeTheBest, rosieee, booboo

so a total of 10 .........................me finks the server is melting in the heat .....quick someone throw a bucket of cold water over it !!!!

However after I had posted this thread the problem seemed to have cleared so the gremlins must have got frightended !

It's a Proboards thing I'm afraid. There are many forums held on their servers and sometimes they get too many people accessing the same server at one time (we are currently on server 91). They will shuffle things around so you shouldn't get the message for much longer.

Any idea when they are shuffling? I've had a nightmare trying to get on here the last couple of days and tonight has been rediculous.

Sympathise Diane - I'm having the same problem too! Think its the computers way of telling me to go to bed!!
