I want to put one of my photobucket avatars under my name but am a bit confused about sizing - I don't want to end up with a HUGE avatar! If I put in the url for my photo, what size do I put in the sizing boxes?

I did mine yesterday and my pic. wasnt square so when i put in 100x100 it came out distorted, so i deleted the URL and size then worked out ,from my photos information in my album, the size nearest 100 (came out something like 68x97) and when i re submitted the size and URL it was o.k.
