I quite fancy finding someone with a drone & camera to film me galloping along the beach / in open fields, like this:

Looks brilliant!
There is something similar coming to market, a drone with camera as usual but the person wears a remote control and tracking wrist band so the drone automatically follows the wristband. Very cool!

I was in a dog trial once with a drone overheard... the ranch horse I borrowed did NOT appreciate it flying overhead! Hahaha... I'm in the first few fly-over shots standing in front of the loan horse, hanging onto my dog on the ground.
